Performance Parameters of Chamfering Machine
1. The Chamfering Machine can process valve rods with a diameter of 5mm to 9mm.
2. The Chamfering Machine must be able to make valves with a rod length of 110mm to 350mm.
3. Cycle time is 2PCS/S; (valves with a rod diameter ≤7mm)
4. The changeover adjustment time is ≤15 minutes.
5. The chamfering depth is adjustable, 0.5~2mm, and the angle is 30-40 degrees.
6. The equipment adopts a double-screw feeding method during operation, and the feeding speed is adjustable (servo motor driven)
7. The equipment adopts the working mode of automatic feeding and discharging mechanism, and the feed hopper can put 1500 ∅5.3 rods at a time.
8. The equipment uses V-belt discharging, and is equipped with a robot system for automatic unloading and boxing.
9. The equipment should be equipped with an industrial dust removal system, and the air volume of the dust collector should not be less than 3000 cubic meters/hour, keeping the guide rails, contact surfaces and the surrounding area of the equipment clean.
10. Automatic fault alarm system.
